Client: How long have you been doing wedding and event planning?
Rosie: I have been planning weddings and events ever since I was 18 yrs old off and on, however in 2008, I decided that I wanted to open 27 Miracles and have my own full service wedding company.
Client: We love your wedding services after reviewing your website and your testimonials. What sets you apart from other wedding and event planners?
Rosie: I am a certified wedding and event planner with not only the book knowledge but the experience needed to do weddings and events of all sizes. I have a passion for doing weddings and will give my 150% to the wedding/event. When you hire Rosie of 27 Miracles you are hiring your best friend that will be honest with you, help you get through anything and most of all be professional to always make the bride and groom/client look great and have an experience that they will never forget on their wedding/event day.
Client: Wow, it sounds wonderful all that you do, will we be able to afford you?
Rosie: Absolutely, the investment that you make hiring my services will repay itself in services rendered and there are monies to be saved that otherwise would not be saved with my contract negotiation skills and extensive relationships in the industry.
Client: Who do you work best with?
Rosie: I work best with all types of brides/clients, but particularly the brides/clients that work with us are the ones that are too busy to go to the appointments and do the research. So they have us do all the legwork and on the day of the wedding/event everything flows smoothly
Client: Who will benefit from your services?
Rosie: The bride/client that is looking to have a wedding/event that will leave guests talking and remembering the day. The bride/client that wants to enjoy the day and not stress over the details.
Client: Will I lose control if you are planning the wedding/event?
Rosie: You will not lose control of the wedding/event. As a matter of fact no decision is made by the planner without coordinating with the bride/client. It is a team effort!
Client: Will you work with the vendors I have already selected?
Rosie: I will work with the vendors that you have selected. I take the time to introduce myself to your vendors and work as a team on the day of the wedding/event.
Client: Do you take credit cards?
Rosie: Yes we take credit cards. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express and offer Pay Pal
Client: Do you have a payment plan?
Rosie: Yes we do have a payment plan for those that need it.
Client: Do you have liability insurance?
Rosie: Yes we carry liability insurance, as most event locations require this.
Client: Do you take more than one wedding/event per day?
Rosie: I only take one wedding/event personally per day. 27 Miracles may have more than one wedding/event per day occurring, however those weddings/events will be assigned to another planner on our team.
Client: This sounds like everything that we are looking for, what do we do now to sign up with you?
Rosie: You can contact me at 407-905-5454 or email me at info@27miraclesbyrosie.com to schedule a time to sign your contract

27 Miracles always tries to do a little something for each client that they have. In this instance the father of the Quinceañera was not able to be involved in planning the Quinceañero because it is something that the Quinceañera and her mother were involved with the planner. So of course when Dad asked planner Rosie Moore of 27 Miracles, to assist him in something that would be a surprise to his daughter without his wife knowing, 27 Miracles was more than happy to comply.
Watch as the Quinceañera is surprised by her father and a few of the vendors and bodyguards at the Quinceañero.

27 Miracles has been bringing you a series of traditions about Quinceañeros and how different things are incorporated into the event. Today we will talk about the surprise dance. There is always the father/daughter dance that is always expected as well as the Waltz dance. Those are the dances that are for as the kids say “the parents” but then the teens want to celebrate with something more popular. The Quinceañera today selects, Merengue, Bachata, Regatone, Salsa, Hip Hop, Techno or a combination of all of them put together, They are usually Choreographed dances learned by the entire court.
Let’s watch as the court for Frances, our beautiful Quinceañera, show their dancing skills in the surprise dance.
Father/Daughter Dance

As the planning of the Quinceañero continues, 27 Miracles encourages our Quinceañera to practice her dances. Usually there is a choreographed with the father, the mother and the court. The Quinceañera practices months in advance. The traditional father-daughter dance is the waltz dance and usually it is a song that is significant to the father and daughter. It does not necessarily need to be in Spanish, just meaningful to both.
Now right after the Quinceañera dances with her father, the court usually joins in so that the Quinceañera can dance the Waltz with her prince.
Let’s watch as Frances one of our lovely Quinceañeras dances with her father and then the court joins in.
Ceremony for the Quinceañera

27 Miracles continues with the series of Quinceañera events. There is a special ceremony during the Quinceañero. This ceremony can either take place in a church or at the reception hall. The ceremony can be adapted to the country that the parents are from or traditions can be mixed up. Earlier on if you recall there were two little girls in the court, one carried the Bible and one carried the shoes.
The presentation of the Bible is done by the minister. The Bible is presented to the Quinceañera as her first Bible as a young lady, then there is a special prayer of blessing over the Quinceañera. Next is the shoes, up to now, the Quinceañera has been wearing ballerina slippers signifying that she is a child. However as she turns 15 and into a young lady, her father will change her shoes into high heels. Once her shoes are changed at this moment she will dance with her father and he will present her to the community. She is presented as the young lady that she is.
Sometimes this is also the opportunity if the Quinceañera has a doll, that she will present to a younger sister or younger child to signify that she is leaving her childhood behind. At this time the parents take a moment and also may present her with a necklace, ring, earrings or a bracelet.
Let’s watch these two ceremonies take place, The Bible Presentation and the changing of the shoes.
A Review from Stella and Tom’s Military Wedding

Dear Rosie Moore,
(27 Miracles Wedding Consultant)
I want to thank you for your overwhelming support and dedication towards our wedding. I want to share my wonderful experience with others. My name is Stella and my wedding was on September 24, 2011 at the Villas of Grand Cypress.
Initially, I was planning to have a recreational hall wedding with a JC Penny Dress. My hair dresser Ana highly recommended Rosie Moore as a Wedding Planner, so we can have a wedding that would be most memorable. Ironically she was having her hair /nails done that same day at the salon, so I met Rosie with rollers in her hair. It was comical knowing Rosie now, I know Rosie would have preferred to meet at her office.
After Tom and I met with Rosie we were confident that we made the right decision. Sadly after having Rosie as our wedding Planner, I was diagnosed with a Carotid Body Tumor requiring surgery which was intense and recovery was lengthy in Dec, 2010 . How blessed that we had Rosie on board for our upcoming wedding event. Rosie, being Christian, was sensitive to my difficult times and my many medical appointments requiring Rosie to accommodate planning around my schedule. Rosie also had done Bids, On-line, winning us a photographer and a video man for little cost as I was dealing with my medical needs. She worked diligently in being budget conscious without comprising quality or presentation.
We had a truly unique wedding. My husband Tom is a Retired, Military Soldier. We had a Military Wedding with a touch of Fairy Tale Elegance. Rosie was detailed from beginning to the end. It started with a beautiful designer Wedding Dress; from Pronovias to our Honeymoon Villa Suite. The ceremony started with the Military Salute Guards and a beautifully decorated Cinderella Carriage that escorted me to the Ceremony Place. The Harpist entertained the guest as the Beautiful Carriage took us around the grounds for Pictures. The reception room was decorated so lively and vibrant with Roses by Rosie and her staff.
Rosie spoke privately to Tom and me in order to arrange special surprises for each other. We had special events for one another. One of which was my Love message to Tom in our ceremony. Rosie had translated my English love message words to Spanish words and placed it in a nice binder for the ceremony. Tom was impressed and was truly touched. The ceremony was beautifully done by Rev. Marcus Moore.
At the reception room, Roses were presented to me by family members ending lastly with a dozen Roses from Tom. How Memorable! Tom later sang a dedicated song to me which was an amazing treat for me and the guests. The wedding ended with the long sparkling sticks which was held up by family and friends and they were all lined up outside as we exited , allowing beautiful fun pictures to be taken . All of our guests, friends and family raved about our wedding and all had a “Fantastic Time“.
As Tom and I left the wedding reception in the Golf Cart (which was also decorated), to our beautiful large balcony suite, we had our last final surprise from Rosie to us. There were scattered Rose Petals throughout all the rooms, including heart shape Roses surrounding my lingerie in our Honeymoon bed. We were happy and delighted. I know we could not have achieved this “Memorable” event without a Wedding Planner like Rosie Moore. The wedding was full of special events than made this truly a “Unique “and “Unforgettable” wedding.
The Final Dance played at the Reception as we all left “Time of My Life” says it all.
With all my appreciation, Stella Arroyo
